Parents Only
The Grove is a space for parents (and other adult guardians), not students. Membership and group access are for the adults navigating this process, not the teens themselves. This keeps the space one where you can ask anything, vent honestly, and get real talk, without your kid seeing it.

One Account Per Membership
Each membership includes access for one parent Facebook account. If two parents in the same household want to join, that's a second membership. This keeps the group sized appropriately and the conversation easy to follow.

General Guidance, Not Personalized Advice
Content shared inside The Grove, including Q&As, guides, and posts, is general information intended for parents of a given class year. It is not personalized advice for your specific child. Every kid's situation is different, and what applies broadly to the Class of 2028 may not be the right move for your kid individually. For guidance specific to your child's list, timeline, or applications, that's what 1:1 services are for.

Community Conduct
The Grove works because it's a place people trust. Be kind, be honest, and don't share what happens here outside the group. Personal anecdotes, financial details, or family situations shared by other members should stay in the group.

Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership means you accept the current terms.

The Grove — Membership & Refund Policy
The Grove offers monthly and annual membership options.
Monthly Membership
You're billed $19 on the same date each month, and you can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts and no refunds for past or partial months. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
We don't offer refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you join on the 3rd and cancel on the 10th, you'll have access through the rest of that month, but that month isn't refunded.

Full Membership
Opting for the full membership is billed one time at $349 (a discount off the standard $19/month rate). This one-time rate reflects a commitment to the full experience, so refunds are limited as follows:
Within 14 days of purchase: If you cancel, you'll be refunded for the unused months remaining in your commitment. The month you had access to will be billed at the standard monthly rate ($19/month), not the discounted rate, and deducted from your refund.
After 14 days: Full memberships are non-refundable. You'll keep access through the full experience you paid for.
